Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Exceptions to the above may apply for back-order, pre-order or batched manufacture devices, product pages will display the estimated ship date of the order at the point of purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are tracked, tracking information will be supplied via email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping (Outside of the United Kingdom)

All orders are tracked, tracking information will be supplied via email once your order has been shipped.

International orders may occasionally be delayed by customs checks and other shipping delays by over 30 days, ScrubTier have no control over shipment delays, however, if you have any concerns, please feel free to send an email to contact@scrubtier.co.uk with your order number and we will confirm the status with our shipping partner.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ScrubTier Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
